Breastfeeding Demystified: a prenatal workshop

Designed for prenatal and postnatal clients alike, this 2-hour workshop with Erin Bond-Garcia will take you through all aspects of breastfeeding, from preparation and expectations and the role of birth in breastfeeding, to the realities, expectations, myths, and more.

In this course you will learn how breastfeeding works, how to support the breastfeeding relationship, why breastfeeding is important, what to do if you run into problems, and how you'll know when things are going well. This course includes video material, handouts, and hands-on demonstrations.

With plenty of time for questions and discussion, we feel that this is the ultimate preparation and education for successfully feeding your child.

Partner or birth partner is encouraged to attend. If you are expecting, we encourage you to take this class 1-2 months prior to your expected date of delivery.
