Early Riser 6-week challenge


Are you ready to set aside some time early in the day, dedicated to you and only you?

There's so much promise in the early hours of the day... Come out and make the most of that "found time" first thing in the morning. Take this 6-week Early Riser challenge with instructor Maggie Duan, and set yourself up for the day, and for a great Fall season! 

Why challenge yourself? Well, it's fun to stretch yourself, and to try new things. PLUS: All those who successfully attend every class in the challenge will receive a FREE restorative yoga class pass from us, to use for themselves, or to share with a friend. Sound like a great deal? That's because It IS a great deal!

  • A 6-week yoga challenge
  • Class is once per week, for 6 weeks
  • Prenatal class is Thursdays, 7am to 8am
  • Postnatal class is Wednesdays, 7:30-8:30am
  • View or download calendars here
  • Drop-in pass holders MAY attend the early riser session as a regular drop-in class. Their card will be punched as usual. 
  • Babies under walking age welcome in the postnatal session, or you may come alone!


The Postnatal Early Riser Yoga Challenge (Wednesdays, 7:30am) starts on September 18th and ends on October 23rd

The Prenatal Early Riser Yoga Challenge (Thursdays, 7am) starts on September 19th and ends on October 24th

Please be aware that as this session has a very low price, it is not transferable to any other course, and no make up classes will be offered. If you would like a flexible option, please see our drop-in cards, here!
