Belly Dance is an ancient practise with timeless mind, body, and spirit benefits for pregnancy, postpartum, and all phases of your life.
Through soft, circular movement, you will build strength in your abdominal muscles, lower back, and pelvic floor. The gentle movements of belly dance can help facilitate birthing and recovery, and ease lower back pain. No experience is necessary for this intuitive dance.

Instructor Shannon Hancocks BA(Hon), BEd, OCT, is an Ontario Certified Teacher, Arts Educator, and World GROOVE Movement Facilitator with fifteen years of belly dance experience. She has a gift for making dance accessible and enjoyable for all ages and levels of experience.
