I've really enjoyed the prenatal yoga classes with Sarah. Yoga during pregnancy really helps you relax and make you feel a little lighter on your feet. It's a wonderful and thoughtful practice as well. The classes and techniques are tailored to each student. I started classes at 20 weeks and didn't realize how much things would change moving into the third trimester, but I have loved the modifications that allow you to keep active in yoga all that way through the end. I am looking forward to postnatal yoga in the coming months.
