Hannah Brown is a graduate of Breathe Yoga 300hr Teacher Training. After the course, she continued to study yoga-based anatomy, yin yoga, assist restorative workshops and learn more about kids yoga.
She truly got to know yoga while traveling solo in Australia a few years ago. It had such a profound impact on her that she knew it had to stay a part of her life. Everyday she continues to educate herself through other teachers and her students.
Off the mat you can find Hannah walking her dog through High Park, or trying to sneak out of the city to get some time in the great outdoors.
