Purchase this Single Drop-In Class and just try one! We're confident you'll love it.

  • Tuesdays 11am-12pm starting October 3rd
  • Wednesdays 2:15pm-3:15pm
  • Thursdays 4pm-5pm starting October 5th
  • Fridays 11:30am - 12:30pm
  • Arrive to the class you want to attend ten minutes early and check in at the register - no need to call ahead. 

Instructors: Sarah Rodd (Wednesdays & Fridays) & Sarah Brager (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Increase your strength and flexibility while bonding with baby in our Mom and Baby Yoga class! These classes are specifically designed for the postpartum body with sequencing focused on safely restoring the core and pelvic floor, building upper body strength, and stretching the shoulders, neck and back. Expect a playful and baby-friendly environment where the babies are involved in some of the class (if they so choose), and diaper changes and feedings are welcomed. No yoga experience is necessary.

Classes are held in the Evymama yoga studio at 1345. St. Clair Avenue W at Lansdowne.
