Certified prenatal yoga instructor Sarah Brager will safely guide you through a safe and comfortable practice that offers numerous benefits to both you and your baby. Stretch and strengthen your changing body, and practice breathing techniques to help you prepare for labour and delivery. Take time out to connect with yourself, your baby, and other expectant women during this incredible phase of your life.

You'll take home concrete tools that have helped many mothers to manage their pregnancy, birth and beyond with ease and comfort, including but not limited to:

  • a body that is toned and open, ready for labour and birth
  • fewer pregnancy aches and pains
  • discovering a full breath that you can rely on in any situation
  • improved blood flow and oxygenation
  • a healthy, balanced pelvic floor
  • mindfulness and an ability to be present in the moment
  • enjoyable relaxation and nurturing self-care

Wednesdays 6:15-7:15pm

Saturdays 9:30-10:30am - starting October 21, 2017

All classes are held in the 1000 square foot studio at Evymama, 1345 St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto.

Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Don't have a mat? We can lend you one!

Classes are non-refundable, but purchase may be transferred to another session or product at Evymama.
