6 week prenatal yoga series

Enjoy a 6-week Tuesday morning series of our beloved prenatal yoga classes with certified prenatal and postnatal instructor Maggie Duan.

Stretch and strengthen your changing body, and practice breathing techniques to help you prepare for labour and delivery. Take time out to connect with yourself, your baby, and other participants in this class. You'll take home concrete tools that have helped many to manage their pregnancy, birth and beyond with ease and comfort, including but not limited to:

  • a body that is toned and open, ready for labour and birth
  • fewer pregnancy aches and pains
  • discovering a full breath that you can rely on in any situation
  • improved blood flow and oxygenation
  • a healthy, balanced pelvic floor
  • mindfulness and an ability to be present in the moment
  • enjoyable relaxation and nurturing self-care
  • Yoga mats and all props are provided free of charge
  • Class begins at 9:45 am and is 1 hour in length
  • Course begins Tuesday Feb 25, and ends on March 31st 2020
