Web Orders will generally ship the next business day. All prices are in Canadian dollars. If an item is out of stock or if there are other factors that will delay your order we will contact you by email and/or by telephone at the number you provided.

We welcome your International orders! Billing and shipping addresses must match for orders outside of CANADA.


Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Shipping times are a guideline only, and may be affected by border customs or other factors beyond our control.



Return/Exchange policy:




When shopping the Evymama online boutique, unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase, by mail or in person at the boutique. However, SALE items can only be EXCHANGED for another item or for store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of consumables, body care, sealed or sterilized packages, teethers, swimwear or intimate apparel (not including bras). We also cannot accept returns of bras that have any stains on them, so please ensure you try nursing bras on with nursing pads. Classes are non-refundable. Please see full studio policies here


Please note: Because of allergy concerns, we cannot accept returns with evidence of pets or smoking on them - such items will be returned to the customer and will be treated as final sale.


Any shipping costs / duties incurred by Evymama on returns that are incorrectly labelled will be charged back to the customer. You MUST mark your package as "RETURN OF GOODS".

When shopping at the Evymama boutique we accept exchanges ONLY within 30 days on items that are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. However, bras, intimate apparel, swimwear, consumables, body care, sealed or sterilized packages, teethers or items with the tags removed are final sale. Regular priced items that are clean, unworn and unwashed with tags attached can be exchanged for other products in the shop or for store credit. Store credits never expire. Sale items are final sale. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on in-store purchases.
