Pelvic Floor & Core for everyone- 7 week course


Your babies may be big now, or even all grown up with kids of their own, but you can still benefit from Pelvic Floor & Core Rehabilitation- It's NEVER too late! 

Childbearing takes a toll on your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, which can lead to back pain, stress incontinence, and even cervical prolapse. It's not too late to regain your pelvic floor and core integrity and increase your overall strength and fitness. 

Taught by German midwife Heike Ulmer, this course is based upon pelvic floor conditioning courses that all women take in Germany as a standard practice after birthing. The course is deemed so vital in Germany that it is covered by medical insurance.

Whether you birthed 5 years ago or 50 years ago, and whether you had vaginal births or c-sections, this course if for you!

Please note that you are also very welcome to join our postpartum PFC classes if those times are more convenient for you.

  • Restore your balance
  • Restore your abdominal muscles which may have varying degrees of separation (diastasis recti)
  • Restore your pelvic floor to prevent or improve prolapse and incontinence
  • Gain overall strength and tone and learn exercises to continue at home
  • Stretch your body and leave feeling mentally and physically invigorated
  • Class is 1 hour long

$105 per 7 week session

Class Schedule:

  • Thursdays 12:30pm - 1:30pm - April 5th to May 17th, 2018
  • Mondays 7:30pm - 8:30pm - April 30th to June 25th, 2018 (no class on May 7th or May 21st)

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and bring your yoga mat and water bottle. See you there!

All classes are held in the 1000 square foot studio at Evymama, 1345 St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto.
